Refund policy

At Swara Creation, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee on all our products. If you encounter any fitting issues, damages, defects, or any other problem with your order, please notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will either refund your money or send a replacement product.

To Initiate a Replacement or Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service via email creation.swara@gmail.com at creation or fill out the return form on our website within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will arrange for the defective product or part to be recalled for inspection.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Replacement:

  • Products with physical damage to the box or product.
  • Products that have been washed.
  • Products not in their original condition.
  • Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and other items included at the time of delivery.
  • Products without a valid and readable serial number (missing, damaged, altered, or tampered).
  • Any part/product/plating not covered under warranty.

Order Cancellation:

  • Before Delivery: If you cancel your order before it has been delivered, you will receive a full refund.
  • After Delivery: If the order has been delivered, it is eligible for replacement only if there is a defect or size issue. Please refer to our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee for further details.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect it.
  • If the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded. For payments made via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to your account. Alternatively, the refund can be provided as a Gift Voucher or a cheque upon request.
